I called every Ford you can imagine ... and fortunately, Montebello Ford came out on top.... - *****

I did my research prior to settling for Ford of Montebello as I was on a hunt for a 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor -- I called every Ford you can imagine, including many of state ones to see their availability and markups on this car, and fortunately, Montebello Ford came out on top.Not only on pricing were they extremely competitive, but also their inventory was amazing -- I now have a new beast! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Daniel, he's good at what he does and so was his manager.ADVICE: As a dealer, I'd expect for you guys to have complimentary water, drinks etc. I know Daniel purchased drinks for me through the vending machine, but it's something that caught my eye (great customer service but on the other hand realizing the operation lacks general expected complimentary items). Especially when wheeling/dealing with customers; the process takes hours and often times these buyers have kids with them. I did notice the kids play zone, which is good.Overall very happy!

I was shopping all over SoCal to buy a new 2017 Ford F-250. A lot of dealers kinda close to what I was looking for but I felt the deal wasn't right until I got a internet price quote from, Lauren. I went from there and the sales manager, Kenny helped me out 10 minutes prior to closing on a Tuesday. Another young salesmen helped me out but I forgot his name. But it felt like everyone at Ford of Montebello helped me as 1 team even down to the finance guy, AJ. I was there past midnight and I left with what I wanted and at a price no one all over SoCal could beat. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I will definitely be coming back here for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again! Add on:Service department is amazing. Took care of me like back in the day when people cared about their customers. After visiting several dealerships and leaving disappointed, I had nearly lost hope of being able to find what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget, that was until Edward at Ford of Montabello was able to help get me into a brand new Ford Fiesta. Initially thought I wouldn't be able to purchase a brand new car and was leaning towards buying used, however he notified me of rebates I took advantage of and helped work with me to come to a monthly payment that was less than I had initially planned for. He was informative and patient and just so dang easy to work with! He made the tiring, tedious car buying process so smooth in comparison to my previous purchases with Chevy and another Ford dealership. Thank you Ford of Montebello and especially Edward, I love my new ride!

What a great experience we had buying our new Ford Flex! The people who work here are outstanding! I highly recommend working with Garland Latta and Odalis Garcia. They both made our experience a pleasant one. From the moment we talked to Garland, he was very patient and attentive to what we wanted. He did an outstanding job of making sure we were taken care of. Odalis was extremely personable with us and she genuinely cared about our experience. Even though it was a long process, she was there all the way making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. You can't get more professional than these individuals! They made the experience great!
